Rent-A-Center is seeking a Credit Assistant Manager in Burien, WA to support credit operations, collections, and customer service. The role involves driving deliveries and pickups, ensuring top-notch in-store and in-home service, and maintaining a clean, inviting merchandising environment.

Ideal candidates have 1–3 years in retail or collections, a high school diploma, and a valid driver’s license with a good driving history.

Qualifications

• 1–3 years of retail/customer service, sales, or collections experience.
• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Must be at least 18 years old and hold a valid state driver’s license with a good driving record.

Responsibilities

• Credit and Collections: communicate with customers to collect on accounts daily.
• Customer Service: deliver top-notch, friendly service in stores and in customers' homes.
• Deliveries & Pickups: load/unload and install products safely and in compliance with procedures.
• Merchandising: keep the store inviting and organized for customers and staff.
