Job summary

Rent-A-Center is hiring a Credit Assistant Manager to positively impact growth by managing credit and collections while delivering great customer service in stores and in customers' homes.

You will drive daily collection efforts, assist customers, handle deliveries and pickups, and help merchandising to keep the store inviting and organized. 1-3 years of related experience and a high school diploma are required; a valid driver's license and ability to lift heavy items are also part of the role.

Qualifications

• 1-3 years of retail/customer service, sales, or collections experience.
• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Must be at least 18 years of age.
• Valid state driver’s license and good driving record; driving company vehicles may be required.

Responsibilities

• Credit and Collections: communicate with customers to collect on accounts daily.
• Customer Service: deliver friendly, top-notch experiences in-store and in customers’ homes.
• Deliveries & Pickups: assist with loading/unloading and installation of products safely.
• Merchandising: maintain an inviting store with organized product and cleanliness.
