Job summary

Rent-A-Center in Michigan is seeking a Credit Assistant Manager to help grow revenue through effective collections and outstanding customer service. The role includes managing deliveries, pickups, and in-store merchandising to maintain an inviting, customer-friendly environment.

You will work to ensure high-quality customer interactions, drive store performance, and uphold safety and transportation procedures while supporting a dynamic team.

Qualifications

• 1–3 years of retail/customer service, sales, or collections experience.
• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Must be at least 18 years of age with a valid driver's license.
• Ability to lift and move product such as furniture, electronics, and appliances.
