Job summary

GPM Investments, LLC is seeking an Assistant Manager for Store 5596 in Muncie, Indiana. You will assist the Store Manager with daily operations, customer service, cash handling, and coaching a high-performing team to ensure a clean, well-stocked store.

Open availability to work weekends and holidays, with second or third shifts, is required. Compensation ranges from USD 12.50 to 14.50 per hour, paid weekly, plus benefits and growth opportunities.

Qualifications

• Open availability to work weekends, holidays and second/third shifts.
• Reliable transportation with valid driver's license and insurance.
• Physically capable of daily store tasks including cleaning and stocking.
• Proficient in English with basic math skills.

Responsibilities

• Assist the Store Manager with day-to-day operations.
• Run the register and assist customers with speed and accuracy.
• Coach and motivate team members to upsell products and promotions.
• Help hire, train, and lead a high-performing team.
• Step in as acting manager when the Store Manager is off.
• Handle inventory, ordering, and merchandising to keep the store stocked.
• Maintain a clean, welcoming store and manage schedules.
