Responsibilities

Manage cash handling, deposits, and daily task prioritization.
Serve as a professional, positive representative of Beans & Brews Coffee House.
Support upper management with training and policy reinforcement.
Identify operational, staffing, or guest-service challenges and help implement solutions.
Maintain high team morale by supporting and engaging with staff.
Assist with tasks/projects to support business needs.
Contribute ideas for community events and in-store promotions.
Represent the business positively in the community.
