Mr. Magic Car Wash in Cortland, OH is seeking an energetic Assistant Manager to help run daily operations, mentor a team of attendants, and lead a high‑quality customer experience at our Cortland location.

You will support the Site Manager, drive membership sales, manage scheduling, training, and safety, and step in during peak hours or off‑site coverage. This role offers biweekly commissions, full benefits, and clear opportunities for growth into Site Manager.

Qualifications

• 1+ year of team leadership or supervisory experience.
• 1+ year of customer-facing sales experience.
• Valid State Driver's License.
• Open availability including weekends and holidays.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily operations and staff scheduling.
• Coach and motivate attendants to deliver exceptional service.
• Promote membership programs and meet sales targets.
• Train new hires and provide performance feedback.
