Job summary

Mr. Magic Car Wash in Hermitage, PA is hiring an Assistant Manager to help run day-to-day operations, mentor the team, and drive membership sales.

You will step in as shift leader when the Site Manager is off-site and work with leadership to implement improvements that enhance the customer experience. The ideal candidate has at least 1 year in supervisory roles and customer-facing sales, with strong communication and organizational skills.

Qualifications

• 1+ years of team leader and/or supervisory/management experience.
• 1+ years of customer-facing sales or sales management experience.
• Strong leadership and coaching abilities.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Responsibilities

• Support site operations by assisting the Site Manager in daily tasks such as staff scheduling, customer service, equipment maintenance, inventory management and financial performance.
• Lead and motivate a team of car wash attendants, providing coaching and handling shift leadership when needed.
• Drive membership sales by promoting Mr. Magic’s programs and coaching the team on effective sales techniques.
• Participate in training and onboarding of new team members; deliver ongoing performance feedback to foster improvement.
• Deliver exceptional customer service and resolve concerns with empathy and professionalism.
• Maintain a safe, clean, organized site; ensure health, safety, and environmental compliance.
• Collaborate with Site Manager and District Manager on site planning and promotions; analyze sales dashboards.
