Job summary

Tidal Wave Auto Spa is seeking an Assistant Manager to help lead a fast-paced car wash site. You will supervise a small team of 10–15, create a culture of teamwork and fun, and ensure a high-quality guest experience through friendly service.

This position offers a competitive starting pay of 18 USD per hour, weekly commissions, a schedule designed for work-life balance, and clear paths for growth into higher management positions within Tidal Wave.

Qualifications

2+ years leadership experience required.
Quick problem-solving and decision-making skills.
Mechanical inclination and experience preferred.
Ability to be on your feet for long hours at a time.
Willingness to work in all weather conditions.
Drug screen and background check required per state guidelines.

Responsibilities

Assist in leading a small team of 10-15 employees, while creating a culture that emphasizes teamwork and fun.
Provide an exceptional guest experience through quality and friendly service.
Assist in training and developing employees at every position.
Maintain a clean and organized facility, landscaping, and equipment rooms.
Assist in limited admin work and quick checks on equipment.
