Job summary

Gills Point S Tire in Salem, OR is seeking an Assistant Manager to lead daily operations in our busy tire and automotive service center. You will partner with the Store Manager to oversee sales, customer service, scheduling, inventory, and team development to deliver an exceptional customer experience.

This role rewards leadership, accountability, and a drive for growth. You’ll coach staff, manage payroll, analyze metrics, and ensure safety and policy adherence while building lasting customer

Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years of automotive, tire, or retail service experience.
• At least 2 years of supervisory or management experience.
• Experience working in a fast-paced, goal-oriented environment.
• Proficiency with computers, POS systems, and business applications.
• Ability to establish lasting customer relationships and deliver exceptional service.
• Understanding of labor management, productivity metrics, sales performance and cost control.
• Ability to plan, organize, and prioritize work while maintaining high quality standards.
