Job summary

Halfords is seeking an Assistant Manager to work with the Centre Manager, combining workshop leadership with daily sales and customer service responsibilities in a busy autocentre.

You’ll need hands-on mechanical or management experience, a Level 2/3 qualification, a full driving licence, and a track record of delivering excellent customer service. The role offers on-target earnings up to £44,200 and a base salary £33,000–£36,000 with an uncapped bonus.

• Experience in coaching, training, and developing colleagues.
• Strong technical knowledge with vehicle maintenance processes.
