Oil Changers in Pikeville, KY is seeking an Assistant Manager to support the Store Manager in delivering fast, friendly service and efficient operations. You will supervise staff, train employees, manage scheduling, oversee cash controls, and ensure safety and quality standards across the garage environment.

The role requires opening and closing the store on time, monitoring workflow to keep vehicles serviced within target times, and providing outstanding customer service while resolving issues.

Qualifications

• Must have previous management/supervisory experience.
• Excellent customer service and leadership abilities.
• Strong math skills and technical understanding of auto care processes.

Responsibilities

• Open and close the store on time daily.
• Monitor workflow to ensure timely vehicle servicing.
• Provide prompt, courteous customer service and resolve issues.
• Supervise and train personnel, including hiring, scheduling, counseling, evaluations, and terminations.
• Ensure proper tools are available and ready for use.
• Set a standard for service quality and train others accordingly.
• Complete daily/weekly/monthly paperwork timely.
• Service customer vehicles and input service details into the computer; explain services and process payments.
