Job summary

Qualifications
- 3+ years automotive, tire, or retail service experience.
- At least 2 years in a supervisory or leadership role.
- Strong customer service and relationship-building skills.
- Experience leading teams in fast-paced, goal-driven environments.
- Familiarity with automotive repair, tires, and preventive maintenance.
- Experience using POS systems and computer software.
Responsibilities
- Lead daily operations alongside the Service Center Manager.
- Coach and develop technicians, service advisors, and staff.
- Drive sales while ensuring outstanding customer experiences.
- Oversee scheduling, inventory, and shop productivity.
- Monitor KPIs and ensure safety and policy compliance.
- Assist with payroll, purchasing, and administrative tasks.
