Brobston Group in Dallas, Texas seeks an Assistant Store Manager to lead and coach our Sales Associates, drive sales, deliver exceptional customer service, and uphold store operations in a fast-paced prestige beauty environment.

You will partner with the Store Manager to develop the team, manage inventory and POS activities, and ensure compliance with company policies. The role requires flexibility to work days, nights, weekends, and special events.

Qualifications

• Must have demonstrated supervisory/ coaching experience in a retail environment.
• Retail experience, preferably cosmetics.
• Experience with inventory management and cash reconciliation.
• Ability to work retail hours including days, nights, weekends and events.
• Experience with POS software.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office.
• Right to live and work in the United States if invited to interview.

Qualifications

• Proven retail experience preferably within cosmetics
• The ability to provide inspirational, authentic and personalized customer service
• Previous supervisory experience with a proven track record of coaching/mentoring others to achieve sales and customer service targets
• Retail operations experience including inventory management and cash reconciliation
• Ability to work retail hours including days, nights, weekends and special events in a fast-paced work environment
• Previous experience with retail point-of-sale software
• Proficient in Microsoft Office
