LOFT in Acton, MA is seeking an Assistant Manager to elevate the customer experience on the sales floor and shape a positive store culture.

You will lead associates, model LOFT brand behaviors, coach teams, assist with recruiting and development, and ensure omnichannel shopping excellence while driving daily store performance.
