Job summary

LOFT is seeking an Assistant Manager to support the customer experience and shape a strong store culture at Store 1913-Willowbrook Mall, Wayne, NJ. You will lead on the sales floor, model brand behaviors, and coach associates to create authentic customer connections.

You’ll partner with the Store Manager to recruit, hire, and develop talent, drive omnichannel service, and uphold inclusive, welcoming environment for customers and the team.

Qualifications

• 1+ year retail management experience (preferred).
• Hospitality mindset when connecting with customers and associates.
• Technology proficient and ability to operate a point-of-sale system.
• Strong business acumen and ability to implement action plans to drive results.
• Takes initiative in making thoughtful decisions.
