Ann Taylor is seeking an Assistant Manager to support the customer experience and shape a strong store culture for associates in Jersey Shore Premium-ANN-Tinton Falls, NJ. This role acts as a store leader to nurture relationships with customers and team members.

You will cultivate a customer-focused environment, model brand behaviors, and coach associates to create genuine connections while using technology for a seamless omnichannel experience.

Qualifications

• 1+ year retail management experience preferred.
• Brings a hospitality mindset when connecting with customers and associates.
• Technology proficient and ability to operate a point-of-sale system.
• Strong business acumen and ability to implement action plans to drive results.
• Takes initiative in making thoughtful decisions.
