Job summary

Ann Taylor is seeking an Assistant Manager to support the customer experience and shape a strong store culture for associates. You will lead on the sales floor, model brand behaviors, and nurture relationships with customers and teammates.

In this role, you will cultivate a welcoming environment, use technology to enable seamless omnichannel shopping, assist the Store Manager with recruiting and development, and drive operational excellence and financial discipline.

Qualifications

• 1+ year retail management experience (preferred).
• Hospitality mindset when connecting with customers and associates.
• Technology proficient and ability to operate a point-of-sale system.
• Strong business acumen and ability to implement action plans to drive results.
• Takes initiative in making thoughtful decisions.
