Job summary

Ann Taylor in Tulalip, WA is seeking an Assistant Manager to uphold exceptional customer experiences and a strong store culture. You will lead on the sales floor, model the brand’s behaviours, and coach associates to connect with customers.

This role supports the Store Manager, drives omnichannel initiatives, assists with recruiting and development, and uses reporting to maintain operational excellence and financial discipline.

Qualifications

• 1+ year retail management experience (preferred).
• Hospitality mindset when connecting with customers and associates.
• Technology proficient and ability to operate a point-of-sale system.
