Job summary

LOFT in Springfield, PA is seeking an Assistant Manager to elevate the customer experience and nurture a positive store culture. You’ll lead on the sales floor, coach associates, and collaborate with the Store Manager to recruit, hire, and develop talent.

You will use technology to provide seamless omnichannel experiences, drive operations, and deliver strong results while fostering an inclusive environment and delivering outstanding service.

Qualifications

• 1+ year retail management experience preferred.
• Brings a hospitality mindset when connecting with customers and associates.
• Technology proficient and ability to operate a point-of-sale system.
• Strong business acumen and ability to implement action plans to drive results.
• Takes initiative in making thoughtful decisions.
