Job summary

LOFT in Albuquerque is seeking an Assistant Manager to support customer experiences and shape a strong store culture. You will lead on the sales floor, engage customers, and mentor associates to embody the LOFT brand.

The role emphasizes inclusivity, use of technology for seamless omnichannel service, and collaboration with the Store Manager on talent development. Regular/full-time position in-store.

Qualifications

• 1+ year retail management experience preferred.
• Brings a hospitality mindset when connecting with customers and associates.
• Technology proficient and ability to operate a point-of-sale system.
• Strong business acumen and ability to implement action plans to drive results.
• Takes initiative in making thoughtful decisions.
