Job summary

KnitWell Group is hiring an Assistant Manager for our New York store to support customer experience and shape a strong store culture. You will lead on the sales floor, nurture relationships with customers and associates, and ensure brand standards are reflected in daily operations.

In this role you will coach teammates, assist store leadership in recruiting and developing talent, and use POS and reporting tools to drive sales and efficiency. This is a full-time on-site position in New York.

• You’ll bring to the role 1+ year retail management experience (preferred).

• Takes initiative in making thoughtful decisions.

• Position Type: Regular/Full time
• Pay Range: $21.00 - $26.25 Hourly USD
