KnitWell Group in Acton, MA is seeking an Assistant Manager to support the customer experience and shape a strong store culture for associates. You will lead on the sales floor, model the brand’s behaviors, and help engage customers while guiding the team.

This role emphasizes coaching, recruiting, and developing talent, using tools and reporting to drive operational excellence and financial discipline. A hospitality mindset and technology proficiency are essential for success.

Qualifications

• 1+ year retail management experience preferred.
• Hospitality mindset when connecting with customers and associates.
