KnitWell Group seeks an Assistant Manager for LOFT at Store 1741-Walt Whitman Mall-ANN-Huntington Station, NY. You’ll support the customer experience, lead on the sales floor, and nurture a strong store culture with a focus on teamwork and service.

The role emphasizes staff development, omnichannel service, and operational excellence. Regular/Full time hours with competitive hourly pay and benefits are offered.

Qualifications

• 1+ year retail management experience (preferred).
• Hospitality mindset when connecting with customers and associates.
• Technology proficient and ability to operate a POS system.
• Strong business acumen and ability to implement action plans to drive results.
