LOFT is seeking an Assistant Manager to support customer experience and shape a strong store culture at Store 1410-Mall at Green Hills in Nashville, TN. You will lead on the sales floor, model brand behaviors, and coach associates to deliver exceptional service.

The role emphasizes recruiting and developing talent, using data to drive results, and building a welcoming, inclusive environment for both customers and team members.

Qualifications

• 1+ year retail management experience (preferred).
• Hospitality mindset when connecting with customers and associates.
• Technology proficient and ability to operate a point-of-sale system.
• Strong business acumen and ability to implement action plans to drive results.
