LOFT in Germantown, TN is seeking an Assistant Manager to support the customer experience and shape a strong store culture among associates. This store-leader role offers an opportunity to nurture relationships with customers and team members alike.

You'll lead on the sales floor, model the brand's behaviors, coach associates to build genuine connections, and drive an inclusive, high-performing environment.

Qualificações

About The Role

As Assistant Manager, you support the customer experience and shape a strong store culture for associates. Your role as a store leader is an opportunity to nurture relationships with both customers and associates.

In This Role, You'll Have The Opportunity To

You’ll bring to the role

• 1+ year retail management experience (preferred)
• Brings a hospitality mindset when connecting with customers and associates
• Technology proficient and ability to operate a point-of-sale system
• Strong business acumen and ability to implement action plans to drive results
• Takes initiative in making thoughtful decisions
