Job summary

LOFT is seeking a Sales Associate in Nashville, TN to be the brand ambassador, connecting with customers and offering personalized styling recommendations.

You’ll keep the store looking inviting and organized, collaborate with your team to craft memorable shopping experiences, and use available tools for omnichannel service.

Flexibility is valued with evenings, weekends, and holidays; prior retail or customer-focused experience is preferred.

Qualifications
