KnitWell Group, parent to LOFT, is hiring an Assistant Manager at Store 1478-Woodbury Lakes Center in Woodbury, MN. This role supports customer experience, mentors associates, and helps shape store culture with a focus on hospitality and operational excellence.

The position offers full-time hours with a competitive hourly pay range and benefits. You will drive omnichannel experiences, recruit and develop talent, and collaborate with leadership to meet sales goals.
