VOA Colorado is seeking a resident services administrator to manage applications, certifications and occupancy records across two properties in the Fort Collins area. You will process leases, collect rents, maintain files, and collaborate with Service Coordinators to improve resident quality of life while handling inquiries with professionalism.
The role requires a high school diploma, one year of admin experience and one year of apartment management; COS, LIHTC and Fair Housing training within
VOAC recognizes the unique needs of the older adult who needs a wheelchair ramp to stay at home safely, and the preschooler whose family needs additional resources. VOAC supports veteran’s efforts to exit homelessness as well as provides a safe place for survivors of domestic violence. Responsible for the timely and accurate completion of the application, certification and recertification processes;
Assisting the property manager by addressing the daily needs and issues of residents; and responsible for
Property operations in absence of the Property Manager, including problem-solving and making sound decisions.
$22/hourly
