Job summary

Volunteers of America Colorado is seeking a Service Coordinator for the Montrose community. The role focuses on resident needs assessment, program coordination, and connected services to help residents age in place and remain independent.

You will work with the Property Manager, facilitate health and educational programs, and maintain records while coordinating referrals and resources to support seniors and residents with disabilities.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in human services, social work, or a closely related field.
• Excellent interpersonal and organizational skills.
• Proficient in Windows and Microsoft Office; able to use cloud-based apps.

Responsibilities

• Assess resident needs via surveys, visits, and group meetings.
• Coordinate and monitor services for residents with community providers.
• Maintain accurate records of resident services and eligibility information.
• Develop and facilitate health, wellness, and educational programs.
• Support housing retention and link residents to income resources and benefits.
