Job summary

Volunteers of America Colorado is seeking a Property Manager to oversee the daily operations of the property, supervise staff, handle maintenance, and maintain positive relationships with residents and external agencies.

Required: high school diploma or equivalent with at least two years property management and one year apartment management, basic math, computer skills, and strong communication.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent is required.
• Two years of property management experience.
• One year of apartment management experience.
• Basic math aptitude.
• Computer operations including databases and spreadsheets.
• Demonstrated ability to communicate effectively with residents and staff.

Responsibilities

• The Property Manager is responsible for the daily operations of the entire property, including asset maintenance, staff supervision, and all administrative duties for internal and external agencies.
• Maintain positive relationships with residents and ensure safe, compliant operations.

Education

• The Property Manager is responsible for the daily operations of the entire property including, but not limited to maintaining the asset, supervision of staff, building maintenance, all administrative duties for both internal and external agencies, and maintaining positive relationships with the residents of the property.

Requirements

• High school diploma or its equivalent and a minimum of two years property management experience.
• One year of apartment management experience.
• Basic math aptitude
• Knowledge of computer operations to include databases and spreadsheets.
• Demonstrated ability to communicate effectively and maintain good relations with residents and employees.
