Job summary

Dominium is seeking an Assistant Manager to join Legends of Spring Lake Park, a 194-unit apartment community in Spring Lake Park, MN. You will support the Community Manager with daily operations and help maintain occupancy and financial goals.

Responsibilities include resident relations, coordinating site personnel, and being on-call as scheduled. The position offers competitive pay of $20-$22 per hour plus a 5% bonus potential, with a comprehensive benefits package.

Qualifications

• 1-2 years previous property management experience preferred.
• Section 8, Section 42, and/or Market Rate experience preferred.
• Yardi software experience preferred.
• Ability to work occasional evenings and weekends as needed.

Responsibilities

• Maintain stable occupancy and meet budgeted financial goals.
• Build strong resident relations and provide excellent customer service.
• Assist the Community Manager to train, direct, motivate, and assist site personnel.
• Establish positive relationships within the community.
• Be on-call as scheduled by management.
