Dominium is seeking an Assistant Manager at Legacy Commons at Signal Hills to support the Community Manager in daily operations. This on-site role focuses on occupancy, budget goals, and resident relations while ensuring quality service at a surrounding community.

Candidate should have 1–2 years in property management, with Section 8/42 or market-rate experience preferred, and be willing to work occasional evenings and weekends as needed. Competitive pay and a potential bonus are offered.

Qualifications

• 1-2 years of property management experience preferred.
• Section 8, Section 42, and/or Market Rate experience preferred.
• Ability to work occasional evenings and weekends as needed.

Responsibilities

• Maintain stable occupancy and meet budgeted financial goals.
• Build strong resident relations and provide excellent customer service.
• Assist the Community Manager to train, direct, motivate, and assist site personnel.
• Establish positive relationships within the community.
• Be on-call as scheduled by management.
