The successful candidate will oversee work shifts, manage inventory, and ensure financial accountability while promoting a safe and friendly environment for both employees and customers.

Offers a salary range of $32,000.00 – $50,000.00 per year, along with benefits such as paid sick leave and medical insurance after one year of employment.

Qualifications

• 1-3 years of supervisory experience in food service or retail, including Profit and Loss responsibility.
• Must pass background check and drug test.
• Able to tolerate standing, walking, and lifting up to 50 lbs.

Responsibilities

The Assistant General Manager supports the Restaurant General Manager by running great work shifts and meeting YUM Brand standards. You take ownership and responsibility to solve problems with a smile, seek help when needed, and are willing to help and guide others. Key responsibilities include making sure Team Members and Shift Managers complete all assigned duties, inventory management, and financial accountability, and serving safe, quality food in a friendly manner. You’ll also ensure that the restaurant is a safe place for all employees to work and customers to visit.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED; College or University Degree preferred
• 1-3 years supervisory experience in food service or retail, including Profit and Loss responsibility
• Basic personal computer literacy
• Strong preference for internal promotion from Shift Manager position
• At least 18 years old
• Must pass background check and drug test
• Must have reliable transportation
• Basic business math and accounting skills; strong analytical/decision-making skills
• Able to tolerate standing, walking, and lifting up to 50 lbs.; stooping during 80% of shift time
