Job summary

Northwest Restaurants Group in Florence, SC is seeking an Assistant General Manager to support the Restaurant General Manager by running great shifts, ensuring YUM Brand standards, and guiding team members.

The role requires 1-3 years supervisory experience in food service or retail with Profit & Loss responsibility, strong communication, basic math skills, and the ability to lead a team while maintaining safe, high-quality service.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED; college degree preferred.
• 1–3 years supervisory experience in food service or retail with Profit & Loss responsibility.
• Basic personal computer literacy.
• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Background check and drug test required.
• Reliable transportation required.

Key responsibilities include making sure Team Members and Shift Managers complete all assigned duties, inventory management, and financial accountability and serve safe, quality food in a friendly manner. • Basic personal computer literacy
• Strong preference for internal promote from Shift Manager position
• Must be at least 18 years old
• Must pass background check criteria and drug test
• Must have reliable transportation
• Basic business math and accounting skills, and strong analytical/decision-making skills
• Able to tolerate standing, walking, lifting up to 50 lbs. and stooping during 80% of shift time
