Ayvaz Pizza (Franchisee of Pizza Hut) is hiring a Restaurant Assistant Manager to assist with daily operations, ensuring friendly, personalized service, prompt delivery and a clean environment.

What You Will Be Doing

As an integral member of the Operations Team, this position supports the General Manager in managing daily restaurant operations, including:

• Overseeing daily restaurant operations.
• Maintaining day-to-day financial controls.
• Creating and managing staff schedules.
• Interviewing, hiring, training and orienting team members.
• Overseeing coaching, counseling and staff development.
• Ensuring proper food handling, equipment maintenance and facility management.
• Meeting health and safety inspection standards.
• Setting a fun, family environment tone.

Qualifications

• Minimum 1 year of Assistant Manager experience (high-volume food service concepts preferred).
• Flexibility to work rotating shifts, including weekends and holidays (Closed on Thanksgiving and Christmas).
• Valid driver’s license in good standing and private transportation.
• High school diploma or equivalent, with all required documents in compliance with state and federal law.
• Demonstrated ability to lead and manage a team in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
• Excellent problem-solving and decision-making skills, results-oriented and customer service focused.
