Ayvaz Pizza, a Pizza Hut franchisee, is seeking a Restaurant Assistant Manager to assist with daily restaurant operations and provide friendly, personalized service with great food in a clean, inviting environment.

The role supports the General Manager and District Manager, ensuring operational standards are met and promotions are based on performance. Training and development are provided to help you reach management goals.

Qualifications

• Minimum 1 year Assistant Manager experience in a high volume food service concept preferred.
• Flexibility to work rotating shifts, including weekends and holidays.
• Valid Driver's License in good standing and access to private transportation.
• High School diploma or equivalent and required documents per state and federal law.
• Demonstrated ability to lead and manage teams in a fast-paced environment.
• Excellent problem solving, decision-making, results-oriented and customer service focused.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily restaurant operations and maintain financial controls.

Ayvaz Pizza (Franchisee of Pizza Hut) is hiring Restaurant Assistant Manager who will be responsible for assisting with the daily operations of the restaurant. The Restaurant Assistant Manager assists with ensuring that each visit by a customer result in a friendly and personalized service with great food that is promptly delivered in a clean and inviting environment.

The Restaurant Assistant Manager position is responsible for providing exceptional guest service and support, while working closely with the District Manager and other team members to maintain operational standards and procedures.
