COASTAL PLAINS RESTAURANTS LLC A NORTH CAROLINA LLC in Myrtle Beach, SC is seeking an Assistant General Manager who will support the Restaurant General Manager by leading shifts, ensuring YUM Brand standards, and guiding team members to complete duties efficiently.

The role emphasizes inventory control, financial accountability, and a safe, customer‑friendly dining environment. A positive attitude, strong communication, and leadership drive success in this fast‑paced setting.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required; college degree preferred.
• 1–3 years supervisory experience in food service or retail with Profit and Loss responsibility.
• Basic personal computer literacy.
• Strong preference for internal promotion from Shift Manager position.
• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Must pass background check and drug test.
• Must have reliable transportation.
• Basic business math and accounting skills; strong analytical/decision‑making skills.
• Able to tolerate standing, walking, lifting up to 50 lbs. and stooping during 80% of shift time.

Responsibilities

• Support the Restaurant General Manager by running great work shifts and meeting YUM Brand standards.
• Ensure Team Members and Shift Managers complete all assigned duties, manage inventory, and maintain financial accountability.
• Serve safe, quality food in a friendly manner and create a safe workplace for employees and customers.
