Job summary

SmartRecruiters, Inc. in Kentucky (Springhill) is hiring a Store Assistant Manager for a full-time role with day and evening shifts. Training is provided, with opportunities for advancement and a benefits package.

You will oversee all shifts, manage inventory, cash control, profitability, and customer relations while upholding store standards. Eligible employees receive health insurance, meal discounts, and paid vacation after meeting hours.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Some supervisory or management experience required.
• Willingness to work day and evening shifts.

Responsibilities

• You are responsible for everything that happens during your shift, including cost controls, inventory control, cash handling, profitability, and customer relations.
• Follow all company policies and procedures and enforce them with the crew.
• Assist with staffing, paperwork, food management, store standards, customer service, attendance, punctuality and local marketing.
• Collaborate effectively with other store management.

Responsibilities:

• You are responsible for everything that happens during your shift. This includes all cost controls, inventory control, cash control, profitability and customer relations. You must set the example.
• You must follow all company policies and procedures and expect the same from your crew.
• Additional responsibilities may include: staffing, paperwork, food management, adherence to company standards, providing great customer service, attendance and punctuality, transportation to/from work, maintaining store cleanliness and local store marketing.
• Must work well with team members and other store management.
