Job summary

SmartRecruiters, Inc. is seeking a Store Assistant Manager in Evansville, IN for a full-time position with day and evening shifts. Earn $11-$15 per hour, plus on-the-job paid training, a 50% meal discount, and health insurance benefits for eligible hours.

Up to 3 weeks of paid vacation and advancement opportunities are available. You will oversee all shift activities, manage costs, inventory, cash control and customer relations, and lead the crew by example.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Some supervisory or management experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• You are responsible for everything that happens during your shift, including cost controls, inventory, cash, profitability and customer relations.
• Follow all company policies and procedures and lead by example.
• Additional duties may include staffing, paperwork, food management, adherence to standards, customer service, attendance and punctuality, transportation to/from work, store cleanliness and local marketing.
• Must work well with team members and other store management.
