Job Description

As a Store Assistant Manager at Domino's Pizza, you will oversee all aspects of store operation during your shift, ensuring cost control, inventory control, cash handling, and excellent customer service. You will follow company policies and lead a team to maintain the store’s standards.

Responsibilities

• Manage store operations during shift, including cost controls, inventory, cash control, and customer relations.
• Set the example by following all policies and procedures, and expect the same from the crew.
• Perform staffing, paperwork, sound cost controls, food management, schedule adherence, maintain a perfect image, marketing initiatives, and profitability.
• Ensure store cleanliness and adherence to standards.
• Assist in deliveries, including driving, delivering to customers, and supporting promotional activities.

Qualifications

• Operate all equipment and prepare product.
• Stock ingredients, receive and process telephone orders, and complete inventory paperwork.
• Strong communication skills: verbal, written, telephone, ability to give correct written instructions.
• Basic math skills for adding, subtracting, multiplying, dividing, making monetary change.

Delivery Specific Duties

Physical Requirements

• Exposure to varying temperatures (36°F to 90°F+ inside store, harsh conditions outside). 
• Exposure to hot surfaces up to 500 °F.
• Exposure to food odors, cornmeal dust, and cramped quarters.
• Exposure to moving mechanical parts and sharp edges.
