Job Category: Store Assistant Manager

Job Description

This role is for an Assistant Manager at Domino's Pizza. You will oversee store operations, ensure quality standards are met, manage staff, handle cash and inventory, and deliver excellent customer service. You will be the front line leader responsible for all tasks during your shift.

Responsibilities

• Lead and supervise the store team.
• Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.
• Control costs, inventory, and cash balances.
• Maintain high standards of customer relations and service.
• Handle staffing, scheduling, payroll paperwork and other administrative duties.
• Maintain store cleanliness, equipment operation, and overall appearance.
• Implement marketing initiatives and monitor profitability.

General duties for all store team members

• Operate store equipment.
• Stock ingredients from deliveries to storage areas and walk‑in cooler.
• Prepare product.
• Receive and process telephone orders.
• Take inventory and complete paperwork.
• Clean equipment and facility daily.

Qualifications and Requirements

• Minimum age 18 years.
• Valid driver's license with a safe driving record.
• Access to an insured vehicle for delivery duties.
• Strong math skills: adding, subtracting, multiplying, dividing accurately and quickly.
• Good verbal, written, and telephone communication skills.
• Motor coordination and ability to enter orders using computer or touchscreen.
• Ability to navigate maps, locate addresses and navigate delivery routes, including adverse terrain and multi‑story buildings.
• Physical ability to lift, carry, push, climb stairs and operate equipment.

Work Conditions

Work may be performed in varying temperatures (36°F to 90°F+), in the walk‑in cooler, and outdoors in adverse weather while delivering. Exposure to food odors, cornmeal dust, hot surfaces up to 500°F, and sharp edges. Required physical tasks include standing, walking, sitting, lifting, carrying, pushing, climbing, stooping, bending, crouching, and reaching. Driving duties require safe operations during day and night with adequate vision.
