Core Responsibilities

• Oversee all activities during the shift, including cost controls, inventory control, cash control, and customer relations.
• Staff the store, complete paperwork, manage schedules and work to a schedule.
• Maintain the store’s presentation and adherence to standards; ensure great customer service, attendance, punctuality, transportation, cleanliness, marketing, and profitability.
