• Responsible for everything that happens during your shift, including cost controls, inventory control, cash control, and customer relations.
• Set the example and follow all policy and procedures 100% of the time, expecting the same from the crew.
• Oversee staffing, paperwork, cost controls, cash control, food management, schedule adherence, image standards, customer service, attendance & punctuality, transportation, store cleanliness, marketing, and profitability.

Qualifications

• Operate all equipment.
• Stock ingredients from delivery area to storage, work area, and walk‑in cooler.
• Prepare product.
• Receive and process telephone orders.
• Take inventory and complete associated paperwork.
• Clean equipment and facility daily.
• Demonstrate strong communication skills – verbal, written, and telephone.
• Accurately perform addition, subtraction, multiplication, and division; handle monetary change; use a computer keyboard or touch screen to enter orders.
• Show motor coordination and hand‑eye coordination for rapid, precise movements.

Work Conditions & Physical Demands

• Work in varying temperatures (36°F–90°F+), indoors and outdoors.
• Handle fumes from food odors and cornmeal dust; work in cramped quarters such as walk‑in coolers.
• Stand for most tasks; walk on different surfaces; lift loads up to 50 lbs.
• Perform tasks requiring forward bending, crouching, and reaching up to 72 in.
• Use hands continuously for duties such as shaping dough, using a pizza peel, and handling pizza boxes.
• Drive only if required for delivery. A valid driver’s license and insured vehicle are required for delivery duties.
