Woodhouse Day Spa in Zionsville is seeking a polished Assistant Manager to lead our front-of-house team. This is a working leadership role—you'll be regularly scheduled at the front desk performing Spa Coordinator duties, and you’ll be highly guest-facing each week.

You will coach hospitality staff to sell retail, maximize the appointment book, and book advanced services while ensuring our guest journey standards are followed at every step from arrival to departure.

Qualifications

• 2-4 years of front desk, guest services, or hospitality leadership experience in a sales-driven environment.
• Hands-on track record coaching a team to hit retail and booking goals.
• Strong training, coaching, and communication skills.
• Flexible availability including evenings, weekends, and holidays.

Responsibilities

• Work regularly scheduled shifts on the front desk, personally performing Spa Coordinator duties.
• Coach and develop hospitality team members to confidently sell retail and hit sales goals.
• Run daily sales huddles and give real-time coaching on the floor.
• Maximize the appointment book and drive upsells and advanced service bookings.
• Ensure the guest journey is followed on every guest, from arrival to departure.
• Train new hires and serve as Manager on Duty, supporting the Spa Director.

The Opportunity

We are seeking a polished, guest-focused Assistant Manager to lead our front-of-house team. This is a working leadership role — you'll be regularly scheduled on the front desk performing Spa Coordinator duties, so you should expect to be highly guest-facing every week, not solely behind the scenes.
