Job summary

Aloma Cinema Grill in Winter Park, FL is seeking a Full-Time Restaurant Manager to lead all food and beverage operations and deliver outstanding guest service. You will ensure proper staffing, coach and evaluate team members, and drive interview, hiring and training activities while upholding company policies and safety standards.

You will also manage shifts, scheduling, and planning to maintain product quality and cleanliness, monitor daily activities, and promote selling techniques to grow

Qualifications

• Leadership and coaching demonstrated with teams.
• Record of maintaining cleanliness, sanitation, and guest satisfaction.
• Experience leading hiring, training, and performance reviews.
• Some exposure to P&L and sales-building is highly desirable.
• Able to work a full-time schedule including weekends and holidays.
• Must have reliable transportation and a phone.

• Oversee every aspect food & beverage operations.
• Ensures excellent guest service that meets or exceeds expectations.
• Ensures that the restaurant is adequately staffed to meet guest needs.
• Operating the business in accordance with the company policies and applicable laws.
• Will directly impact interviewing, hiring, and training employees; planning, assigning, and directing work; appraising performance; rewarding and disciplining employees; addressing complaints and resolving problems.
• Manage all shifts, which include daily decision-making, staff support, scheduling and planning while upholding standards, product quality and cleanliness.

Requirements

• Food Handling experience preferable but not necessary
