Job summary

Aloma Cinema Grill in Winter Park, FL is seeking an experienced restaurant manager to lead all food & beverage operations. You will drive guest satisfaction, ensure staffing to meet guest needs, and uphold quality and cleanliness across every shift.

You will coach, direct, and train team members, manage scheduling, and ensure compliance with company policies and applicable laws while promoting a welcoming, hospitable atmosphere for guests and crew alike.

Requirements

• Food Handling experience preferable but not necessary
• Record of maintaining high standards in restaurant cleanliness, sanitation, food quality, and guest satisfaction
• Demonstrated leadership skills, including coaching, directing, and motivating a team
• Some exposure to P&L and sales building highly desirable
• Able to work a full-time schedule that includes weekends and holidays
• Must have own transportation and phone
