Flippers Pizza Co. in Windermere, FL is seeking an Assistant Manager to oversee day-to-day operations, acting as a role model for the team and ensuring a positive experience for customers.

You'll work closely with the GM, lead by example, train staff, and maintain food quality, safety, and service standards in a fast-paced environment. This full-time role offers growth opportunities and comprehensive benefits.

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years of age.
• Must have High School Diploma or equivalent.
• Self-motivated with a friendly, out-going attitude.
• Effectively able to train and lead all team members.
• Has experience providing excellent customer service, with a sense of urgency, in a fast-paced environment.
