Dunkin’ is seeking an Assistant Manager to help run daily restaurant operations. You will support the General Manager, ensuring smooth shift flow and guest experience, and assist with local marketing to hit sales and profit targets.

You’ll also lead training initiatives, mentor team members, and participate in a strong benefits program designed to promote growth and learning within a fast-paced, customer-focused environment.

Qualifications

• 6+ months of retail, restaurant, or hospitality management experience.
• Must be 18 years or older.
• Strong time management, attention to detail, and guest service skills.
• Willing to start at 4 am and maintain early shifts.
• Open availability to accommodate schedule changes or location needs.
