Dunkin’ in Kent, Ohio is seeking an Assistant Manager to help run daily restaurant operations and support the General Manager in achieving sales and guest-service goals.

You will contribute to training, scheduling, and maintaining high standards of quality and service, with a strong focus on team development and front-line leadership in a fast-paced environment.

Competenze

• 6+ months of retail, restaurant, or hospitality management experience.
• Strong guest service and communication skills.
• Ability to manage time and multi-task in a fast-paced environment.
