Dunkin’ is seeking an Assistant Manager in Ohio to support daily restaurant operations and lead shifts from early morning hours. You’ll help the General Manager run the store, monitor guest satisfaction, and coach team members to meet quality and service standards.

Responsibilities include assisting with local marketing, achieving sales goals, and maintaining a high standard of hospitality. This role requires reliable, fast-paced leadership in a busy coffee shop environment.

Qualificações

• At least six months of retail, restaurant, or hospitality management experience.
• Ability to manage time and guest service with precision.
• Strong attention to detail and multitasking across shifts.
